지난 6월 10일 종업식에서 한글학교 정기총회 및 학예발표회와 시상식이 있었습니다.                   

We had a General Meeting, Talent Show and Awards Ceremony at the Year End Event, last Saturday, on June 10.

먼저 총회에서 최희선총무님의 2016-17년도 가결산보고가 있었고 이윤선, 이대우 학부형이 감사로 선출되었습니다. 또한 다음의 정관 개정안이 한글학교 회원 다수결의 동의하에 인준되었습니다.  

At the General Meeting, the School Treasurer, Heesun Choi reported on the preliminary financial statement. Mr. Yoonsun Lee and Mr. Daewoo Lee were elected as auditors by motion. In addition, the following item of the School Constitution was amended upon the approval of the majority of the School members.

제 1장 총칙 4절 <회원 Membership> 추가

개정안 -----누구든지 회원이 될 수 있다 Membership is open to the public.

이어진 학예발표회에서는 서예, 문예창작, 미술, 종이접기반 학생들의 작품이 전시되어 학부모님들과 학생들의 관심을 끌었으며 그 외 케이팝 댄스, 태권도반의 공연이 있었습니다.

At the Talent Show, the works of the Calligraphy, Creative Writing, Arts and Origami Classes were displayed. They attracted much attention from students and parents. In addition, the K-Pop dance and Taekwondo Classes performed their skills learned throughout the year.

시상식에서는 백일장, 말하기대회, 동해표기 동영상 감상문 쓰기대회, 개근상, 성적우등상 수상자들이 수상을 하였고 올해 처음으로 총 출석일수의 1/3이상을 채운 학생들에게 수료증이 수여되었습니다.

At the Award Ceremony, winners of the Creative Writing Competition, the Speech Contest, the Korean East Sea Video Essay Contest, Perfect Attendance Award and Excellence Award received certificates of awards in respective order. In addition, a Certificate of Completion is newly presented to those students, whose attendance exceeded 1/3 of the whole class weeks.

보조교사로 일년간 수고해 준 자원봉사자들과 이사진, 교직원들에게도 봉사증서와 감사장이 수여되었습니다. 감사장은 일년간의 노고와 봉사정신을 치하하고 감사의 마음을 담아 올해 처음으로 도입했습니다. 또한 5년 이상 초심의 마음으로 한국어와 한국문화를 교육하는데 기여한 교직원에게도 장기근속 감사장이 전달되었습니다.

A certificate of volunteer service was presented to the volunteer assistants. Directors, the administrative and teaching staff also received a certificate of appreciation. Those staff, who had dedicated their time and efforts for five years, also received a certificate of appreciation for long term volunteer service.
