안녕하세요.
새해 복 많이 받으시고 원하시는 모든 일들이 잘 이루어지기를 기원합니다. 삼주간의 방학을 마치고 2학기를 맞이하였습니다. 이번 소식지에서는 1월, 2월 행사에 대해 안내말씀을 드리고자 합니다. 또한 뒷면에 한글학교 기금마련 설날행사에 관한 설문지가 있사오니 확인하시고 1월 21일까지 담당교사에게 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

The Manitoba Korean School community wishes you all a Happy New Year!

Hopefully you had a great holiday break and are recharged for the second term. This newsletter announces the events scheduled for January and February. In addition, a survey is attached at the end in regard to the Lunar New Year Fundraiser. Please check the items and return them to the homeroom teacher on January 21.

1월 21일 January 21: 설날잔치 브로셔용 학생과 보조교사 및 교직원 전체사진 촬영 Photo shoot of all students, volunteers, staff and teachers for the brochure of the New Year Event

1월 21일 11시 50분에 전체사진 촬영이 있사오니 자녀분들 예쁘게 해서 보내주세요. On January 21, at 11:50am, we will take pictures of all mentioned above. Please send your children in their best attire.

1월 28일 January 28: 1학기 성적표 배부 Distribution of Report Cards for the First Term

2017년 1월 28일에 1학기 성적표가 배부됩니다. 1차 평가를 보지 않은 학생들은 1차 평가를 본 후에 성적표가 나가니 학부형님들께서는 자녀분들이 빠른 시일내에 1차 평가를 볼 수 있도록 협조 부탁드립니다.

Report cards for the first term will be distributed on January 28. Those, who missed the term test in December, will receive the report cards after they write the test. Please have your child(ren) take the test ASAP.

2월 11일 February 11: 문화체험 및 한글학교 기금마련 설날잔치 Cultural Experiences & Lunar New Year Fundraiser

2월 11일 오전 10시부터 오후 2시까지 문화체험과 한글학교 기금마련을 위한 설날잔치가 있사오니 많은 참여 부탁드립니다. 오실때 학생들뿐만 아니라 학부형님들도 한복입고 와 주세요. The School is hosting the annual Cultural Experiences and Lunar New Year Fundraiser on February 11, from 10am to 2pm. Please come wearing Hanbok applicable not only to students but also parents.
