2025–2026 Korean School Registration Information

Dear Parents and Students,

We are pleased to share the registration schedule for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Please note that each class has limited capacity, and registration will only be confirmed

once tuition payment is completed.

First Registration Period

- Registration Dates: Wednesday, July 2 – Tuesday, July 15, 2025

- Tuition Payment Deadline: Friday, July 25, 2025

- Registration Confirmation:

• Registration will only be confirmed after the tuition payment is received.

• If payment is not made by the deadline, the registration will be automatically canceled.

- Confirmation Announcement: Thursday, July 31, 2025

• Confirmation emails will be sent to all successfully registered students.

• If a class exceeds capacity, students will be automatically placed on the waiting list.

Second Registration Period (Additional Enrollment)

- Eligibility: Open only for classes that still have space after the first round.

Availability will be announced on July 25, 2025.

- Registration Dates: Friday, August 1 – Friday, August 15, 2025

- Tuition Payment Deadline: Friday, August 22, 2025

Tuition (Per Year)

- First Child: $300 CAD

- Second Child: $270 CAD

- Third Child: $240 CAD

- Adult Student: $300 CAD

* Sibling discounts apply to children within the same household.

Tuition Payment via E-Transfer

- Email: info@koschool.ca

- Payee Name: Manitoba Korean Canadian Heritage Language School Inc.

* Please include the student's name in the message or memo section of the transfer.

Important Notes

- Class sizes are limited and may fill up quickly.

- Registration is only valid once tuition payment is complete.

- Late payments may result in automatic cancellation and the spot may be offered to a student on the waiting list.
